The Mother of All Garage Sales features more than 250 booths of new and used items, antiques, collectibles, jewelry, crafts, and more. This annual event at the Lancaster Event Center attracts hundreds of customers looking for a great deal. See photos from our last Mother of All Garage Sales.
For seven years, KLIN has helped the Team Jack Foundation raise money for pediatric brain cancer research by participating in the annual Team Jack Radiothon. The Foundation received national attention in 2013 when Jack Hoffman, then just a small boy, was invited to the Nebraska Spring Game and ran for a 69-yard touchdown.
Uncorked is a food and wine festival held each year at The Shoppes at Piedmont. This event attracts hundreds of patrons looking to sample local wines, beer, whiskey, and food. There's also live entertainment, art, and contests.
Frogs for Dogs is a weekly web show that spotlights a dog looking for adoption at the Pieloch Pet Adoption Center in Lincoln. Bob Downey of the Capital Humane Society brings a furry friend each week that he and Gary or Nelson tell listeners all about!
In addition to these events, we also give back to first responders in our community with a free meal during LincOne for the Heroes on September 11. Band of the Week features high school bands around Lincoln performing in our parking lot each fall. And Munch Madness lets Lincolnites choose their favorite places to eat each March.
